The protection of objects from corrosion invariably constitutes one of the main tasks in the operation of the infrastructure of the oil and gas complex. In this case, the main method of protection has been and remains the application of protective coatings (dyeing), the main requirements for which are reliability and durability under aggressive conditions, as well as minimum layer thickness (TSP), minimum drying time and maximum temperature range for effective application. These, confirmed in the laboratory and field conditions, the characteristics of materials offered on the market today should be guided by the choice of technology for protecting structures. At the same time, as the experience of our company shows, expensive imported materials at a much higher cost often do not provide additional technological advantages.

Our company is engaged in the development and production of technological anticorrosive materials with high performance characteristics for various industries. In the production of materials of the Enamera ® line, we use both advanced foreign and domestic developments in this field. On the Russian market of materials for the protection of the external surface of tanks and metal structures, today the products of foreign manufacturers prevail. As follows from the data given in the table for two-component coatings for the protection of external surfaces, with equal coating thicknesses, the costs vary significantly. Use of paint and varnish materials (LKM) produced by our company provides savings of more than 40% without reducing the operational properties. The manufacturability and reliability of the coatings we have produced over the years have been well-deservedly recognized by both contracting companies for the anticorrosion protection of the facilities and the customer enterprises operating the equipment protected from corrosion. In particular, based on the results of protection of the vertical steel tank (RVS) of one of the oil-producing enterprises of the Krasnodar Territory, we received a high appreciation of the properties of the LCP on the part of the customer. At the same time, the work was carried out much more quickly than in the case of the application of similar imported coatings to neighboring RVS. Also, higher decorative characteristics of LCP based on ENAMERU ® materials were noted.

For structures exposed to oxidized and highly oxidized environments, enhanced protection is required, which can be provided by the so-called "cold galvanizing". Our variant of realization of this method is an epoxy-polyurethane system with zinc-filled soil, providing durable protector protection against sub-layer corrosion.
